MNI BRIEF: Canada Has First US Tourist Surplus Since 2006

Canada recorded its first positive balance on cross-border visits with the U.S. since 2006 excluding pandemic lockdowns, likely a protest after President Donald Trump started a trade war and Canadians were urged to keep their travel dollars at home.
