No real colour on the source of the delay though talks are still ongoing and the underlying case for the transaction remains intact so not likely a spread mover. TITIM
- Radiocor reporting that talks are delayed with a proposal now expected by mid-Dec.
- Company had guided for completion this year having received a non-binding bid of EUR 700mn with the goal of a binding bid by 30 Nov.
- Also flags that Telecom Italia have finalised the EUR 250mn sale of their Inwit stake.

Today’s turnaround has generated a 21.5bp-wide range in 10-Year gilt yields.
- That would represent the largest 1-day trading range seen since March ’23 but is still some way shy of the ~59bp range seen on September 28 ’22.
