  • In response to auto tariffs, GM announced plans to invest $4bn over the next two years on expanding US production. FY25 capex guidance was kept at $10-11bn, implying diversion from overseas. It gave expectations for $10-12bn spending per annum through 2027, aligned with analyst consensus.
  • Split rated Jaguar Land Rover was upgraded to Ba1 by Moody’s but remains in the HY indices for now. Another upgrade looks likely to follow.
  • Volkswagen priced 3Y and 6Y deals in-line with our FV.
