Per Reuters, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has told reporters that Moscow hopes “expert level” negotiations will “continue in coming days”, but notes that a technical meeting in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia may take place, "at the start of next week”, rather than Sunday as billed by US officials. Peskov's comments are likely to further raise concerns in Kyiv that Moscow may seek to delay ceasefire talks to extract further concessions from Ukraine.
