The active SGX iron ore contract is under pressure in the first part of Tuesday trade, last near $94.20/ton. We are off close to 1.10% versus end Monday levels. Earlier lows were at $93.80/ton, fresh lows back to mid April for the active contract. A clean break sub $94/ton could see earlier April lows close to $90.00/ton targeted. Late May highs were close to $96.50/ton, which is also close to the 20-day EMA.
