(MNI) London - A senior Chinese delegation will arrive in Brussels for talks on Thursday, 30 October, according to Commission Deputy Chief spox Olof Gill. This follows a video call last week between European Trade Commissioner Maros Sefcovic and China's Commerce Minister Wang Wentao last week. After the call last week, Sefcovic said, “At the conclusion of this discussion, I invited the Chinese authorities to come to Brussels in the coming days to find urgent solutions. Minister Wang Wentao has accepted this invitation,” but this morning Gill confirmed that the delegation would not include Wang.
