OIL: Shell Pernis Refinery Halts On Leak

Shell’s Pernis refinery – Europe’s largest refinery – has halted on Tuesday following a leak, the firm said.
- The company did not specify which unit is affected. Pernis is located in Rotterdam and has a capacity of 400kbpd.
- Shell completed a three-month planned maintenance at its Pernis refinery on 17 May, the firm said on twitter.
