OIL: Saudi Arabia to Supply 1.65m bbls of Oil to Syria

Syria’s Ministry of Energy signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Fund for Development that provides a grant to supply Syria with 1.65m bbls of crude oil, state-run SANA reports.
