According to Bloomberg, San Miguel has mandated banks to seek investor interest in an exchange of existing perpetual notes issued in January and October 2020 into a new $ senior perpetual note. Investor meetings to start today.
The company announced in June that it was calling its $ 5 ½ PERP issued in July 2020.
