REFINING: Russia's Kuibyshev Refinery Totally Halted

Russia's Kuibyshev refinery, near the city of Samara has halted all production following a Ukrainian drone attack last week according to two Reuters sources.
- According to Reuters calculations, around 14% of Russia's refining capacity has been shut down by drone attacks, including Kuibyshev.
- Kuibyshev is responsible for 1.34% of Russia’s total processing.
- Three sources told Reuters on Wednesday operations had resumed at one unit at the Ryazan oil plant, now operating at 60% capacity.
