The best performing sector this week. VGP was the only issuer.
• AroundTown reported reasonable results on Wednesday. Importantly, valuations improved in H2, and the company is still talking about deleveraging albeit at a slower pace. ARNDTN 28s were up to 17bps tighter.
• VGP brought a €500 Long 5yr (5.84yrs) which we felt came around 10bps cheap to FV. Even with a near 3.5x book the bonds were 3bps wider by the end of the week. Several primary deals have struggled recently. VGP also launched a partial tender for 2027 & 2029 bonds. The deadline is 1st April.
• Cofinimmo COFBBB 30s are 35bps off January tights and are now 7bps wide YTD with the index 9bps tighter. There doesn’t seem to be any reason for the sell-off other than perhaps positioning. Worth a look.
