Policy uncertainty is still weighing on euro area confidence despite recent trade agreements, EU leaders will say in a statement due to be released at their Summit on Thursday.
"Recent trade agreements have mitigated policy uncertainty, which however still weighs on confidence and makes the growth outlook uncertain," the draft statement states.
