Chinese manufacturers sold 1,536 truck cranes in November, a year-on-year increase of 16.6%, the China Construction Machinery Industry Association said on Wednesday. Domestic sales hit 780 units, up 25.8%, with exports at 756 units, up 8.46%.

From January to November 2025, total truck crane sales reached 18,063 units, down 1.38% year on year, with domestic sales at 9,773 units, down 1.02%, while exports totalled 8,290 units, down 1.8%. China’s steel rebar futures are set to face further downward pressure over the next two-to-three months, with prices potentially sliding below CNY3,000 per tonne as expectations for major stimulus and a sharp demand rebound fade, local analysts told MNI, noting that anticipated “anti-involution” production cuts have also fallen short of earlier hopes.
