MNI BRIEF: China Assessing U.S./Vietnam Deal - MOFCOM

China is assessing the recent U.S. Vietnam trade agreement and will resolutely counter any party reaching a deal at the expense of China’s interests, said He Yongqian, spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce on Thursday.

The United States' imposition of reciprocal tariffs on global trading partners was typical unilateral bullying, He reiterated.
