China has announced the suspension and termination of certain announcements made regards to its Unreliable Entity List and Export Control List, which are needed to implement the China-U.S. Kuala Lumpur economic and trade consultation consensus, China’s Ministry of Commerce announced on Wednesday.

The recent meeting between Chinese leader Xi Jinping and U.S. President Donald Trump in South Korea will reset the two nations’ volatile relationship, and Beijing will seek a longer-term agreement to guarantee stable conditions for trade, a senior Chinese advisor told MNI.
