Belgium’s Deputy Prime Minister and Budget Minister Vincent van Peteghem and Greece’s Kyriakos Pierrakakis have formally applied to take on the role of Eurogroup chair, following the departure of Ireland’s Paschal Donohoe, the Eurogroup said on Friday.
