• Moody’s has changed outlook to positive whilst affirming ratings for the Republic of Kyrgyzstan. The agency cites improvements in potential growth rate and fiscal metrics, including moderate deficit and conservative debt profile vs peers.

• For reference, the recently issued KYRGYZ 30, issued at 8.00% yield last May, is currently charting at z+450bp or 8.12% yield area (source: MNI, Bloomberg Finance L.P.).
