Fitch Affirms Harley-Davidson at 'BBB+'; Outlook Stable

- expects HOG to lower leverage post HDFS transaction from 1.3x at YE'24 to 0.6x later this year.
- thinks the introduction of lower priced products will meaningfully grow sales.
- however, Fitch remains concerned on overall market demand, tariff pressures and the company's announced strategic growth plan.
- Fitch could revise outlook to negative if motorcycle demand does not "stabilize over the next several quarters," the strategic plan fails, or HOG chooses to refinance rather than pay down its term loan with cash later this year.
