Operations at Finland’s Inkoo LNG terminal will be suspended from Aug. 14-Oct. 1 for scheduled maintenance of the Exemplar FSRU, Finnish operator Gasgrid said, cited by Platts.
- No terminal activities will occur during this period, which is slightly longer than last year’s reported maintenance window of Aug. 15-Sep. 28.
- The Exemplar FSRU, with an annual capacity of 5 bcm, began service in January 2023 after arriving in Inkoo’s southern port in December 2022.
- By mid-2025, it has received around 0.55m mt (0.8 Bcm) of LNG. Most of this—approximately 0.49m mt—originated from the United States, with the remainder from Norway.
- Looking ahead, Gasgrid is offering 23 regasification slots for 2026. Interested parties must submit capacity requests by 15 August 2025, Platts added.
