OIL: Exports from Kuwait’s Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery Unaffected by Power Cut

KNPC said Sep. 18 that it was working to restore full production capacity at Kuwait’s Mina al-Ahmadi and Mina Abdullah refineries following a power cut Sep. 17, according to Reuters.

• KNPC said export operations were unaffected after unexpected power cuts at 23:26 local time on Sep. 17.
• The Mina al-Ahmadi refinery can process 290k b/d while the Mina Abdullah refinery can process around 270k b/d of crude.
