EMISSIONS: EU-Switzerland ETS Transfer Arrangements Confirmed For 2026

The EU and Swiss Emissions Trading Systems will continue linked allowance transfers in 2026, according to the Joint Committee under the EU-Swiss Linking Agreement.
- The arrangements cover the full year from January to December 2026, and information on 2027 arrangements will be published before the end of 2026.
- Any changes to the 2026 transfer calendar will be published at least five working days in advance.
