• Embraer CEO Francisco Gomes Neto declared at a conference today sponsored by Brazil bank Bradesco that tariffs will not affect growth goals.
• The US recently imposed a 10% tariff on Brazil exports to the US.
• Brazil based plane manufacturer Embraer exports to over 70 countries and has 10 U.S. manufacturing and service facilities with a company backlog of USD26.3bn as of 4Q 2024.
• EMBRBZ issued a new 10-year February 2025 at T+158bps with an order book that was 7x oversubscribed (source: Bloomberg data). The bonds tightened to T+155 at March 2025 month end and then widened out to last quoted T+181bps.
