POWER: Dutch Government To Introduce Offshore Wind Subsidies

The Dutch government said on Tuesday it plans to grand around €1bln in subsidies for new offshore wind farm with 2GW of capacity according to Reuters.
- In May, the government announced it will postpone two planned offshore wind tenders for a combined capacity of 2GW amid waning interest.
- Last month, government approved a phased build for the 2GW IJmuiden Ver Beta offshore wind farm, delaying half of its capacity to 2032 due to setbacks in the Delta Rhine Corridor hydrogen pipeline.

USDCAD remains subdued, despite the recent shallow recovery. Attention is on support around the 20-day EMA, at 1.3758. A clear break of this EMA would resume the correction off the early August high at 1.3879. This would expose 1.3576, the Jul 23 low. Key medium-term support and the bear trigger lies at 1.3540, the Jun 16 low. For bulls, a break of 1.3879, the Aug 1 high, would cancel a bear threat and resume the recent bull cycle.

BUNDS: The Long end is leading the Gains

- The Long end is again leading in early trade, this time on the way up for Futures, which is helping the curves to flatten.
- The German Buxl (UBU5) is already up over 50 ticks, but would need a test all the way to 115.50, to just reverse Friday's heavy sell off, this was Friday's high.
- Not seen any big Flows besides a 5.3k buyer in Bobl and 2k in BTP.
