"South Korea Orders Review on Westinghouse Nuclear Power Deal" - BBG
Westinghouse agreement under review, neutral for credit
Seoul Economic Daily reported yesterday on a contract between the Korean government and US company Westinghouse, reportedly requiring Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power and Korea Electric Power Corporation to purchase significant products and services (c. $650mn) from Westinghouse for each reactor sold, along with a technology fee estimated at $175 million. According to Bloomberg, the government is now reviewing the agreement.
