- Deere reported revenue 3% ahead of consensus at -16% YoY.
- Adj. EBITDA beat by 34% with margin 280bp ahead at 22.4%. That’s looking like an outlier quarter with 16% expected for FY.
- 1H FCF fell to $0.5bn from $2.3bn YoY on lower earnings and pension payments. Capex was $160m lower.
- FY OCF guidance was reiterated. Segment EBIT margin forecasts were lowered 100-200bp. Consensus had slightly higher.
