US TSYS: Bear Flattening In Wake Of Firm PPI

Tsys snap lower in the wake of the much firmer-than-expected PPI data. While the usual feedthrough for PCE will be eyed, the outright strength of the headline figures makes for an immediate hawkish reaction.
- Yields little changed to 3bp higher, curve now bear flattens with 2s and 5s back from multi-month lows registered ahead of the data.
- TYU5 to fresh session lows at 112-01+ after failing to challenge resistance at 112-15+ in the lead up to the data.
