Potentially a positive sign for FIFRA legislation
- ModernAgAlliance - a lobby group of Bayer and farmers - managed to convince the Iowan Senate to pass a law which would prevent Bayer from being sued provided they followed Federal labelling rules.
- This could be seen as a test case for a national campaign to have FIFRA legislation over-rule state law across the country.
- Bayer is up 2.4% today
