Adviser to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Dmytro Lytvyn, says "at least eight" energy facilities have been attacked by Russia since 18 March. This is the date on which Moscow claims that it halted strikes on such locations as part of a partial ceasefire. Lytvyn: "the reality is – since March 18, they’ve been hitting our energy sites with bombs, attack drones, and FPV drones. We’re not going into all the details, but there have already been eight confirmed hits on energy facilities." Kyiv Independent said it could not verify the claims.
