BUNDS: Test small support

- Bund small support noted at 135.88 on the open has held for now, did print a 135.84 low.
- Below the latter would still see 135.66, which held yesterday, although printed a 135.60 low Yesterday.
- Gilt trades in line with Germany, translated in a flat Gilt/Bund spread.
- Initial support for Gilt is at 96.92, which tested and held earlier.

GERMAN AUCTION RESULTS: Decent auction

- This was a decent 7-year Bund auction with a higher volume of bids (E6.369bln) than the March auction (E5.613bln) despite today's auction being for the smaller amount of E3bln (versus E4bln).
- The price was broadly in line with prevailing secondary pricing but we saw a bit of a move higher post-auction and the 2.10% Nov-29 Bund is now sitting marginally above the average price achieved at auction (99.26).
AUD: Making new intraday lows

- The Aussie is extending to new intraday lows against the JPY, EUR, USD, as EURAUD clears yesterday's high.
- EURAUD sees next resistance at 1.67159.
- Yesterday's low in AUDUSD is at 0.6621 and will be seen as the first support area.
