POWER: Russian Attacks Hit Several Ukrainian Power Plants

Ukraine’s DTEK said on Thursday that Russia had attacked several power plants across different regions in Ukraine, marking the third massive attacks on the firm’s plants in October, it said.
- Equipment of power plants was seriously damaged.
- Earlier this month, Ukraine reintroduced forced power outages in some areas following more severe attacks.
