FRANCE AUCTION PREVIEW: On offer next week

France has announced it will be looking to sell a combined E10-12bln of the following MT OATs at its auction next Thursday, November 20:
- the 2.40% Sep-28 OAT (ISIN: FR001400XLW2)
- the 2.70% Feb-31 OAT (ISIN: FR001400Z2L7)
- the 1.50% May-31 OAT (ISIN: FR0012993103)
- the 3.50% Nov-33 OAT (ISIN: FR001400L834)
France also has announced it will be looking to sell a combined E0.5-1.0bln of the following I/L OATs at another auction next Thursday, November 20:
- the 0.10% Jul-36 OATei (ISIN: FR0013327491)
- the 1.80% Jul-40 OATei (ISIN: FR0010447367)
- the 0.10% Jul-53 OATei (ISIN: FR0014008181)
Additionally, France has announced it will be looking to sell up to a combined E7.5bln of the following BTFs at its auction next Monday, November 17:
- E2.8-3.2bln of the 13-week Feb 18, 2026 BTF
- E0.0-0.4bln of the 24-week May 6, 2026 BTF
- E1.5-1.9bln of the new 28-week Jun 3, 2026 BTF
- E1.6-2.0bln of the 50-week Nov 4, 2026 BTF

- In the equity space, a sharp sell-off in S&P E-Minis last Friday appears corrective - for now. The contract has found support below the 50-day EMA, currently at 6605.62, and the Oct 10 low of 6540.25 has been defined as a key short-term support. Moving average studies are in a bull-mode position, highlighting a dominant uptrend. The bull trigger is 6812.25, the Oct 9 high.
- The trend condition in EUROSTOXX 50 futures is unchanged, the direction is up and the latest pullback appears to have been a correction. A key support zone between 5553.01 - 5481.41, the area between the 20- and 50-day EMAs, remains intact. A clear break of the 50-day average would highlight a stronger reversal. On the upside, the bull trigger is 5689.00, the Oct 2 high. Clearance of this hurdle would confirm a resumption of the uptrend.
