OIL TECHS: New Doubts Cast Over Northern Iraqi Oil Flow Return

The Iraqi government has made a fresh attempt to deem all Kurdish production-sharing oil contracts illegal by filing new papers to a court in Baghdad Reuters reports on Thursday.
- It casts further doubts over the flows resuming after numerous false starts over the last two years.
- Turkey also did not make any official statements about flows resuming this week despite Iraqi claims.
- Iraq had said earlier this week it would export 185,000 bpd from Kurdistan's oilfields through the Iraq-Turkey pipeline once the oil shipments resume.
