MNI BRIEF: China, U.S. To Talk In France This Weekend

Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng will lead a delegation to France from March 14 to 17 to hold trade and economic negotiations with the U.S., according to a statement by the Ministry of Commerce on its website Friday.
