MNI BRIEF: Canada-U.S. Trade Talks Resuming In Mid-Jan: Carney

Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney said Thursday trade talks with the U.S. will resume in mid-January, after President Donald Trump halted them a few weeks ago.
