USDCAD is holding on to its recent gains. The pair has pierced a key resistance and bull trigger at 1.3753, the Mar 3 high. A clear break of it would confirm a range breakout, highlight a stronger bull cycle and confirm a clear breach of the 20- and 50-day EMAs. This would open 1.3800 initially, the Jan 23 high. For bears, a reversal would refocus attention on 1.3482, the Jan 30 low and bear trigger.

• "Three sources familiar with the details told Channel 12 this evening (Tuesday) that there is already a mechanism that presidential advisors Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are pursuing, with President Trump's consent of course, and that is - declaring a month-long ceasefire during which the parties will discuss the 15-point agreement, quite similar to what happened in Gaza and Lebanon."

 Oil down on multiple social media reports citing Israel's Channel 12 as reporting a 1-month ceasefire for Iran-US is in the works.

• State-owned Saudi TV station Al Hadath appears to have been one of if not the first to report on Israeli Channel 12's exclusive that "Israeli Channel 12: A month-long ceasefire will be announced according to a mechanism being worked on by Wittkov and Kushner.". Still haven't seen confirmation of it elsewhere but this it is all here, and they include mention of the 15 clauses apparently agreed to.
• "Negotiations over the 15 clauses will take place within a one-month ceasefire." "Israeli Channel 12 publishes the document of the 15 points that were transferred to Iran".
• As the Bloomberg headline suggests, "*US SEEKING ONE-MONTH CEASEFIRE TO HOLD IRAN TALKS: CHANNEL 12", it appears the US is seeking to take that approach but it hasn't been agreed by all sides.
• Additionally, the NY Times has just published this: "The United States has sent Iran a 15-point plan to end the war in the Middle East, according to two officials briefed on the diplomacy, reflecting the Trump administration’s eagerness to find an offramp from the conflict as it grapples with its economic fallout."
• To quote Al Hadath on the 15 clauses:

• Dismantling Iran's current accumulated nuclear capabilities
• prohibiting the enrichment of any nuclear materials on Iranian soil
• Handover of enriched uranium to the International Atomic Energy Agency

• granting the International Atomic Energy Agency full access to all information
• Iran abandons the "proxies" approach
• halting the funding and arming of militias in the region
• keeping the Strait of Hormuz open without any closure
• Postponing the decision regarding the ballistic missile program
• Ballistic missiles are used only for defense
• Lifting all sanctions imposed on Iran
• Providing support for the development of a civilian nuclear program in Bushehr
• Automatic cancellation of the threat to reimpose sanctions
