REFINING: Saratov Refinery Halt Could be Until Month End

Russia's 140kb/d Saratov oil refinery stopped primary oil processing on November 11 following Ukrainian drone attacks, Reuters sources said.
- The facility has been attacked four times this autumn including strikes on Nov. 3, overnight Nov. 10-11 and again on Nov. 14.
- The crude distillation unit, CDU-6 could be damaged by the strikes, and the facility could be halted until the end of the month, the sources added.
- In 2024, the refinery processed 5.8m tons of oil, around 2.2% of Russia's total and produced 1.9m tons of diesel, 1.2m tons of gasoline and 1m tons of fuel oil.
