- In the equity space, gains S&P E-Minis are considered corrective and this is allowing an oversold trend condition to unwind. Initial firm resistance is at 6762.39, the 20-day EMA. Resistance at the 50-day EMA is at 6857.52. A clear break of both levels is required to signal a possible reversal. A resumption of the downtrend would open 6480.00, a 2.500 projection of the Feb 11 - 17- 25 price swing.
- A downtrend in EUROSTOXX 50 futures remains intact and this week’s volatile bounce appears corrective. Key pivot resistance is seen at 5782.53, the 50-day EMA.
