North Korea Fired Two Apparent Short-Range Ballistic Missiles

South Korea's military says in a briefing that the North test-fired two suspected short-range ballistic missiles towards the East Sea this morning. The launch from in an around Hamhung was detected around 08:00am local time. It was North Korea's sixth missile test in January, the largest number of such drills in a single month since 2019.
