Non-OPEC+ exports dropped by 82 kb/d m/m, to 9.079 mb/d according to Petro Logistics, due to higher Kazakh exports (+212 kb/d) following the Tengiz field maintenance. This increase was offset by lower Russian (-97 kb/d) and Azeri exports (-46 kb/d).
