MNI BRIEF: Enria Named To UK Prudential Regulation Committee

Former ECB supervisory board Chair Andrea Enria has been appointed to the UK’s Prudential Regulation Committee, the Bank of England announced on Tuesday.

“I am really pleased that Andrea has agreed to join the Prudential Regulation Committee. His extensive global experience of financial regulation and supervision will help him provide unique insights to the committee," said Andrew Bailey, BOE Governor and PRC chair.
