The Indian Supreme Court has sided with JSW Steel and ordered a status quo on the liquidation of Bushan Power & Steel. The court acknowledged that carrying out the liquidation order, before JSW's deadline to file a review petition of the decision had expired (June 2nd), might actually jeopardise the petition. Neutral for spreads.
