US TSYS: Tentative Safe Haven Support as Equities Extend Retreat

Still weaker, Treasuries are bouncing off lows as equity indexes extend their retreat (SPX emini -2.34%) as support for oil and gas stocks evaporates.
Energy sector shares had outperformed since the US/Israel conflict with Iran started - not the case now, however. While WTI crude rises over 8% (+17.25%/wk), oil and gas shares have come under pressure in the last hour, SLB, Halliburton and Exxon Mobil leading the retreat.
TYM6 currently trades -4.5 at 112-30 vs. 112-16.5 low. 10Y yield still over 4% at 4.0651% vs. 4.1151% morning high. initial resistance above at 113-13+/114-06 (low Feb 27 / High Mar 2 and key resistance).
GILT SYNDICATION: 4.625% Coupon Set for New Mar-37 Green Gilt

The DMO has announced that the coupon for the next green gilt due to be launched via syndication next week (maturity 7 March 2037) will be 4.625%.
As previously announced the joint bookrunners will be Barclays, BNP Paribas, Citi, HSBC, J.P. Morgan and NatWest.
