GBP: Focus on Liz Truss

- The Aussie extends losses, and also in the red against all the major, besides the Yen.
- The Pound and SEK lead, by 0.82% and 0.79% respectively.
- The Pound has found some short term support after Liz Truss is set to fix Electricity and Gas bills, in a policy that could cost £130bn.
- Longer term outlook remains tilted to the downside for the UK.
- Despite the bounce, Cable is nonetheless still trading at lowest levels since 2020.
- Market participants have favoured fading ahead of the 2020 low at 1.1412, printed 1.1444 low yesterday.
- That 2020 low, was also the lowest print since 1985.
- Liz Truss is due to make her first speech at around 16.00BST.
