Head of the left-wing Workers' Party Gleisi Hoffmann has stated that Vice President-Elect Geraldo Alckmin will serve as the coordinator for the incoming gov'ts transition. Hoffmann states intentions to start setting up the transition gov't on Thursday 3 November, and confirms that President-Elect Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will attend the COP27 summit in Egypt from 6 Nov onwards.
