- Yomiuri reports that Mitsubishi Motors won’t join the Honda-Nissan merger. The company didn’t confirm that.
- The tie-up was always had Honda/Nissan at the forefront, with the possibility of including Mitsubishi down the line.
- This doesn’t really change things for Nissan, with indications still that it will merge with Honda next year.
