• The latest Genscape European ARA crude inventories will be released today at 09:00GMT. Stocks were last week up at 52.71mbbls and the average for this time of year is 53.14mbbls.
  • The EIA weekly petroleum inventory data is due for release this afternoon at 15:30GMT. Expectation is for the stock data to show builds for both crude and oil products following the big crude build in the API data last night.
  • IEA are due to release the updated Oil Market Report at 10:00CET. The update follows on from the OPEC monthly report yesterday which showed a slightly tighter oil balance with a higher 2023 global oil demand growth forecast due to a resurgence in Chinese demand.
  • The Mar23 WTI options expire against the 19:30GMT futures close price today. Current open interest shows the biggest nearby strikes of interest between 77$/bbl and 78$/bbl.
