• CDX opened +0.5/+2 wider but is moving to unch levels now, S&P futures -0.3%, low vol & tech led with exception of United airlines ($ only issuer, down -4.5%) after reports the FAA was discussing route & new aircraft restrictions following a series of safety incidents.
  • As a reminder CDX HY will be last to roll on Wednesday (to Series 42)- it will be a step wider given Rite aid has already been auctioned off (~ -20bps on it) with the remaining 3 removals (F, HWM, MTG) all rising stars. Among the 4 replacements are names that are illiquid (and likely trade wide) - hence no FV from us.
