The UKMTO has added further updates to a reported incident in the Red Sea 66nm southwest of Al Hudaydah, Yemen.

  • The vessel was hit on the stern by a small craft. The description of small craft was that it was around 5-7 metres in length.
  • The master reported that the vessel is taking on water and not under the command of the crew. The master also reported that the vessel was hit for a second time by an unknown airborne projectile.
  • The incident took place June 12 at 07:14 UTC.
