TotalEnergies Port Arthuer refinery is till trying to repair its biggest crude unit, the ACU-1 that shut August 18 for a piping repair. The sole coker at the refinery remains shut until the ACU-1 comes online.
- A targeted restart for ACU-1 is not currently clear.
- The smaller ACU-2 may restart next week according to Bloomberg sources. It was shut for a turnaround August 3.
- Most of the units at the refinery have been down since August 18 for a turnaround that will extend into October.
- The refinery has a capacity of 185,000 bpd.
