TotalEnergies restarted the 220kbpd CDU and associated 97kbpd VDU at the Donges refinery in France on 23 March according to WoodMac.

• The units were shut on 20 March.
• The 39kbpd visbreaker and 55kbpc FCC remained offline since 18 and 23 December, respectively.
• The refinery restarted most units on 14 March after a multiunit shutdown on 20 February amid leaks and corrosion, the CGT union said. The unions shut again a week after according to WoodMac.
